The studio and one bedroom apartments make up the first ten floors of an impressive high-rise building and are both comfortable and stylish. Although furnishings are minimal, all pieces are of an excellent quality with solid oak flooring throughout. The kitchen areas are small but do provide a Nespresso coffee machine in addition to an oven, cooking hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Please note that there are no washing machines in the apartments but, instead, a communal laundry room is accessible to all guests and is free to use.

In addition to work stations, Smart TVs and iPod docking stations, every apartment benefits from a unique winter garden which is an enclosed balcony providing additional space for sitting, eating and relaxing. The floor to ceiling windows allow lots of natural light into the apartments and, although there’s air conditioning, these windows can be opened for fresh air.

Wi-Fi access is complimentary and guests can also make the most of an on-site fitness room, cafe and bar.

Please note that the location is currently undergoing a lot of development so guests may be subject to noise disturbance.
